You should try making Chocolate ripple cake!!
It's so simple but so yummy...
All you need is a packet of chocolate ripple biscuits and a 300ml tub of cream.
Just whip the cream (it's a lot easier if you have electric beaters) then spread it over one side of the biscuit. Then stick the next biscuit onto the creamy side of the first. Kinda like gluing the biscuits together with the cream.
Stack the biscuits together in the shape of a log.
Once you have used all the biscuits, cover the log with the rest of the cream.
Then leave it in the fridge overnight and the biscuits will get nice and soft.
The next day you will have a super scrumptious treat to eat!!
